Acceptance of terms
By using WishCupid (wishcupid.in / wishcupid.in) to build, preview, or publish a gift page, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
WishCupid provides a free multi-step builder to create a personalised, shareable gift page (Valentine, Birthday, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Anniversary, or Apology) using photos, text, voice notes, and songs you provide. A one-time payment, processed via Razorpay, unlocks publishing and gives you a permanent shareable link, which may be password-protected depending on the product.
Your content & responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the photos, text, voice notes, and links you upload. You confirm that you have the right to use and share this content, that it does not infringe anyone's copyright or privacy, and that it does not contain unlawful, abusive, or harmful material. We reserve the right to remove or refuse to publish any page that violates these terms.
Payments & refunds
Prices shown at checkout are one-time charges for publishing a single gift page. Once your page is published and the shareable link is generated, the service has been delivered and the order is generally non-refundable, except where a technical failure on our end prevents the page from working as intended. In that case, contact support@wishcupid.in and we will investigate and make it right.
Edits & availability
Some products include a limited number of free edit slots after publishing, as described on the relevant product page at the time of purchase. We aim to keep published pages available indefinitely, but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime and are not liable for temporary downtime beyond our reasonable control.
Limitation of liability
WishCupid is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of access to a page due to factors outside our control.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
