Who we are
WishCupid (wishcupid.in / wishcupid.in) lets you build personalised, password-protected gift pages for a partner, friend, or family member — photo galleries, voice notes, letters, and songs — and share them as a private link. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site and how we handle it.
What we collect
To build and publish your gift page we collect the content you choose to upload or type in — photos, voice recordings, text (names, letters, messages), and song links — along with your email address and, where you provide it, a phone number for order communication. We also collect basic technical data (such as browser type and page views) through analytics, and payment details are handled directly by our payment partner, Razorpay — we do not store your card, UPI, or bank details ourselves.
How we use it
Your content is used solely to generate the gift page you asked us to create, to email you the link and password after a successful payment, to process refunds or support requests, and to improve the reliability of our service. We do not use your photos, letters, or voice notes for marketing or any purpose beyond delivering your order.
No selling of data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or uploaded content to third parties. Data is shared only with the service providers necessary to run WishCupid — for example our hosting/database provider and Razorpay for payment processing — under their own security and confidentiality obligations.
Cookies & analytics
We use cookies and lightweight analytics tools to understand how the site is used (pages visited, conversion of the builder flow) and to keep you logged into password-protected pages. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some features — like staying logged into a gift page — may stop working correctly.
Payments & refunds
Payments are one-time and processed securely via Razorpay. Once a gift page is published and your shareable link is generated, the order is considered fulfilled and is generally non-refundable — except in the case of a technical failure on our end that prevents your page from working. If that happens, contact support@wishcupid.in and we'll make it right.
Data retention & deletion
We retain your gift page and its content for as long as needed to keep your link working, or until you ask us to delete it. You can request deletion or a copy of your data at any time by contacting us — see below.
